TERMS OF SERVICE

Violation of these terms will terminate the transaction between client and artist.

I. Terms of usage
◆ Do not use any part of the commission, or artwork from my gallery for non-fungible tokens (NFT) and AI image generators. In addition, the use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with NFT, blockchains, cryptocurrency, AI programs or future inventions of the subject is strictly prohibited. Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with any blockchain-related technology is strictly prohibited.
◆ The commissioned art is for your personal use only (profile picture, desktop/phone wallpaper, gift, personal prints, etc.) Commissioned piece is also not intended for commercial use or selling.
◆ When posting it on social media sites, please put proper credit.
◆ You cannot claim the work as your own, or remove the watermark.
◆ The final piece will be sent through e-mail.
◆ The artist may freely post your commissioned piece on social media, and include it in a portfolio, or commission sample. Let me know if you prefer otherwise!II. Payment, pricing, & refund
◆ I work on my commissions on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS
◆ Must be paid upfront, before the artist starts working on your piece.
◆ All payments are due via PayPal (international, USD)
or PayMaya (local, PHP). Tips are greatly appreciated!
◆ Up to 2 revisions can be availed for free, during the sketch phase. For 3 or more revisions, there will be an additional fee, depending on how big the revision is.
◆ No refunds please! Please be absolutely sure that you want to commission me.
◆ I have every right to refuse a commission.III. Process & schedule
◆ ETA is 2 weeks up to 3 months (or more) depending on the amount of work I have. This is subject to change, and I will notify you about said changes.
◆ Please do not commission me if you cannot wait this long. (I am still a student).
◆ Character references are required! I cannot work with descriptions alone.
◆ I will regularly send updates/WIPs for feedbacks and adjustments, please do not hesitate to ask me for updates :)!
◆ I cannot take rush commissions/commissions with a deadline ATM.
