USAGE
◆ Turning my work into non-fungible tokens (NFT) or feeding it into AI image generators is strictly prohibited.
◆ The commissioned art is for your personal use only (icon, wallpaper, gift, personal prints, etc.)
◆ Commissioned piece is also not intended for commercial use.
◆ When posting it on social media sites, please put proper credit.
◆ You cannot sell, redistribute, or claim the work as your own.
◆ 2 versions of the final piece will be sent through e-mail (with watermark and without watermark)
◆ The artist may freely post your commissioned piece on social media, and include it in a portfolio, or commission sample. Let me know if you prefer otherwise!
PAYMENT
◆ I work on my commissions on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS.
◆ Must be paid upfront, before the artist starts working on your piece.
◆ All payments are due via PayPal (international) or GCash (local, PHP). Tips are greatly appreciated!
◆ Up to 3 revisions can be availed for free during the sketch phase.
◆ For revisions during the coloring/rendering phase, there will be an additional fee depending on how big the revision is.
◆ No refunds please! Please be absolutely sure that you want to commission me.
◆ I have every right to refuse a commission.
PROCESS AND SCHEDULE
◆ Please allow me 1-2 weeks (or more) to work on your commission!
◆ I do not take rush commissions or commissions with a deadline.
◆ Character references and photos are required! I cannot work with descriptions alone.
◆ Please provide specific details about the character's pose, expressions, colors, etc. (can be sent via Google Docs, Toyhouse, etc.)
◆ I will regularly send updates/WIPs for feedbacks and adjustments, please do not hesitate to ask me for updates :)!
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the Terms of Service.
Violation of these terms will terminate the transaction between client and artist.
